I'll be very greatful if you will find some time for my question. I understand that buddhism (or practice buddhist teaching) is the way to find answer for all my questions. But I have realy lack of willpower. I have read lot of books about buddhism and I also found our local zen sangha, where I can practicing. But everytime when I should start practicing, I'll find for my self some excuse why I don't have time or why I should leave. For example when I was last week on sangha weekend of our zen comunity, I had so stressful morning (just in my mind), that I have packed my staff and leave before even start morning practice. I just though for my self that I should leave. And it isn't only about zen practice. I have very weak willpower. Is there please any suggestion, that you can give me?
