Why do you say the mind must govern the body, since body and mind have never been separate and intuition develops in the body, allowing us to live it fully?

Body and mind have never been separate because everything is mind.
The body itself is mind, so everything is the true body. But in zazen, we must shed the individual body-mind; otherwise it is merely gymnastics.
