A tribute to Master Stéphane Kosen Thibaut.
During the fall sesshin at Yujo Nyusanji Temple, on Saturday, October 31, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (French time), a tribute will be paid to Master Kosen. We hope this event will bring together the Sangha from the four corners of the world. You will be able to join via zazoom.org or watch it live on YouTube.
- To participate on Zoom, log in to the Kosen Sangha online dojo. All the connection details are available on zazoom.org. Please log in 10 minutes early.
- To follow the ceremony on YouTube, the livestream link will be shared via the zazoom.org mailing list at 3:50 p.m. To receive it, simply subscribe to the list. You can join the stream at any time (it won’t disturb anyone).
- You can also find the YouTube livestream directly on our YouTube channel: look for the “Live” tab.
The broadcast program consists of a zazen followed by two ceremonies:
ZAZEN (schedule):
- 4:00 p.m. French time
- 12:00 p.m. Argentina time
- 12:00 p.m. in Santiago de Chile
- 9:00 a.m. in Mexico City
CEREMONIES (right after zazen):
- Hannya Shingyo with Shoko (incense offering), in the dojo.
- Chanting of the Daihishin Darani sutra, in front of the stele.
We hope this tribute will allow the entire Kosen Sangha, in Europe, South America, and elsewhere in the world, to come together in practice and jointly pay tribute to our dear Master Kosen.
