Reading Matthieu Ricard’s Happiness changed my life. Afterward I became deeply interested in Buddhism. The tradition that most attracts me through its simplicity, lack of emphasis on mysticism, and clarity is Zen. I live in the United States, in New Jersey near New York. Where can I find a true master?
