Question

Dear Kosen Roshi,
I would like to say a prayer at the beginning and end of my sitting practice.
It would be wonderful if the prayer were Buddhist and I knew its translation.
Could you help by sending me a few? I would like that very much.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Greetings from Mexico.

Answer from Master Kosen

You can chant the Hannya Shingyo.
It is the sutra we always chant at the end of morning and evening zazen.
You can also sing La Marseillaise. Go, Les Bleus!!!
