Hello,
I have just read many parts of your website, which I find truly wonderful, and first want to thank you for making all this information available.
I was also struck by Gabriela Sobel’s account; she is both a yoga teacher and a Zen nun. I thought Zen and yoga came from different “cultures.” Could you explain the connection between them?
