Question
Hello, Master. I have practiced zazen at a dojo once a week for eighteen months. But zazen provokes great anger in me. When I return home, I am always very angry. Sometimes I want to insult the godo. My back and knees hurt; for me, zazen is pain and anger. In zazen, I always think about trivial things. Practice often seems absurd to me. Why this immense anger, and how can I control it? How do I know whether Zen is truly the path I should follow?
Best wishes.

Answer from Master Kosen
You can take a few pellets of Arnica 5 CH before coming to practice.
As for your anger, it will pass when you become intimate with the correct state of mind of zazen.
