I am a 53-year-old woman interested in Zen teachings. However, I cannot travel, and here in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, there is no Zen dojo. If I need a master to get started, what can I do? Can I do it alone at home?

I had a Mexican disciple who practiced with a master in Tijuana. Try to get in touch with them; it is always better to practice in a group.
