Question
What should we do when faced with a choice in which, deep down, neither solution is truly satisfying?
On one side, a man offers to share his fortune with me and pass part of it on to my child. On the other, my child’s father makes me sad because he is suffering from our separation.
Either way, I feel oppressed, swallowed up, and in everyday life this appears as anxiety, sometimes aggression, and sadness.
I should add that I recently had an abortion. I am suffering from it and feel I was steered into my “decision.”
I am surprised to be so fragile in the face of all this. I thought I was somewhat above circumstances.
I do not know whether reason or letting go will resolve these problems.
Do you have any advice, please?

Answer from Master Kosen
You ask me for help, and I give it sincerely.
In the form of a prescription.
Three times a day, say this sentence aloud three times, with complete concentration and speaking very slowly. As you say it, read the words in your mind slowly, slow… ly… so your inner God has time to register the message.
”I am in harmony with myself. I am upright and impeccable.”
