Answer from Master Kosen
There is an area in the center of the brain called the “scientific name: caudate nucleus.
(Security/fear balance according to what is known in the yellow box. Manages the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.)
As a reminder: sympathetic: security, relaxed, digestion, energy in the center of the body for repair… (melatonin).
Parasympathetic: fear, energy in the body’s extremities to flee, run, defend oneself… (adrenaline).”
It therefore manages two emotions, fear and joy. This nucleus transmits information chemically to our cells, and that information spreads throughout our bodies.
Generally, the brain—that wonderful machine that helps us apprehend and even create reality in this material world and beyond—likes what it already knows but chronically rejects what it does not yet know.
That is why, if you let a young child taste something they have never eaten, they will first say they do not like it. Then, if you assure them it is good and resembles something they already know, they will agree to eat it, and once accustomed to it, will even enjoy it.
For this reason, we do not like death, because we do not know it.
We have been educated in fear and guilt for so long, but stepping outside this limited knowledge frightens us, so we prefer to remain in ignorance and superstition.
Fearlessness means creating our lives rather than submitting to them, being free, in the image of the creator God. That is the purpose of religion and life.
