Question

Zen Buddhism teaches, among other things, that everything is in motion, that the world is movement; in short, everything making up the universe, from a grain of sand to Buddha, is subject to the same physical laws, everything is dialectical, nothing is unchanging. How can we apprehend this complexity through zazen?
