Question
Hello, Master,
I am writing because I have practiced zazen for several years while following the basic precepts. Nevertheless, whenever a problem appears or I face a complicated week, I feel unable to let the problems pass; part of them stays within me and manifests as stress, even in my breathing and during zazen. I would like to ask whether I should first practice a type of breathing that allows me to release all this intensity, or instead continue practicing zazen as I have been and stop complicating my mind?
Thank you very much.

It is always preferable not to complicate your mind.
