Self-mastery and going beyond oneself

Question

Hello,

After a life of self-mastery, going beyond myself, and respect for life, I have now gone more than twenty years without sexual intercourse, feeling not an iota of frustration but rather a serene fullness. For a year I have no longer masturbated the sex organ of my flesh, and for a year
I have also felt a permanent fire on the right side of my abdomen, radiating into my kidneys and sometimes my chest.

I have the distinct impression that my kundalini is awakening! Could you advise me on bringing my Straight Path to perfect completion?

I should also mention that at 22—my flesh is now 51—I experienced the beginning of an out-of-body experience without any drugs, clearly hearing the “tearing” sound described in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, which I had not yet read at the time of my Experience!

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Robert
