Restoring harmony in a conflict

Question

I would like to know how to restore harmony in a conflict with another person. To be more specific, I live in a community, and there are two men in my house. You could say this person is not very easy to live with. I am aware that my own behavior may obviously contribute to this unease. Another detail: Moving is not possible… I must say it is not easy to continually endure the presence of someone who radiates so much violence—verbal and psychological… I would like some advice from you. Thank you in advance.

Answer from Master Kosen

Every morning when you wake up, say slowly three times, closing your eyes and visualizing the words written before them:
Today, I am free of every bad situation. Blow gently on these words until they disappear into the horizon.
If you concentrate and do this every morning, the bad situation will disappear very quickly, as if by a miracle.
Set your alarm a little earlier if necessary, and persevere.
