Master, do you believe Zen is the only path leading to self-realization or spiritual freedom?

Question

Master,
Do you believe Zen is the only path leading to self-realization or spiritual freedom? In my view, so many schools and disciplines advocate this result, and I seem drawn to several disciplines and groups at once. Thank you.

Answer from Master Kosen

Realization is everywhere. Everything is self-realization. Our self is not limited, but realization is not any particular thing. It manifests here and now, at every moment. The self realizes itself ever anew.
Zen is the specific realization of the Buddha dimension within us. But everything in the universe is a matter of support: to exist, to be revealed, everything must rest on a point of support. For example, movement rests on stillness; that is why we must not move in zazen. During zazen, if we want to discover the inner world, the world of mind, the point of support is the body.
