At last, a serious question!
When I was younger, I experienced Kundalini, but I believe I understand that Nibbana is different. Kundalini is energy, and Nibbana is the cessation of the phenomena of consciousness and of consciousness itself. Is there a connection between the two, and if so, what is it?
