In reference to your answer about [see subject], is it nevertheless, and paradoxically, possible to learn true Zen, or at least practice zazen correctly, at La Gendronnière or in provincial dojos (Metz, in department 57, for example)?

It is entirely possible (at least I hope so, as I have not gone to check for some time) to learn the exact posture and the way of practicing as Master Deshimaru taught it to us at La Gendronnière and in AZI dojos. You can also certainly receive sound advice there from some longtime disciples.
