Answer from Master Kosen

When you are lying down at home, put on music you love and breathe very strongly through your open mouth to the rhythm of the music, concentrating on inhaling. Do what is called hyperventilation to the rhythm of the music until you almost pass out. Through this exercise, you will free yourself from the inhale-exhale contradiction.
