You are going to jump, but I dare to ask: Like any manager, I can sometimes get carried away by my company’s profitability. Economic choices can take precedence over environmental priorities. In fact, I unwillingly go along with certain decisions that conflict with my ethics. Is this situation compatible with the Way I have been practicing for one year?

Profitability is necessary for a company, but anything done against your heart is a pact with the devil.
