Answer from Master Kosen

You yourself seek loneliness. Look: you do not leave your name or say whether you are male or female.
You are already within the nameless whole, and within that whole you are not alone. You are in
unity with all existences, but you do not know it. When I feel miserably
lonely, I think of people who are even lonelier. You know, those who have always been
sick in a hospital or at home, or those who live on the streets and are
dragged down by life on the streets—people like that. Then I look at my life and think it is fine, even though
I am miserably lonely. Everything is relative, and a crowd is also loneliness.
Open your eyes to the world around you and you will see that the world lives for you.

Best wishes,

Kosen
