Question
As a psychologist, I have worked for 30 years with children, people with disabilities, and now elderly people. The unconscious has always played a part in all of them, including me. It would reveal itself involuntarily when I became aware of it. I want to emphasize that last point: when becoming aware is an inner click that announces something new or a change… Before that, even if you understand everything intellectually, there are no changes within, in the self or in the deepest part of the person… even if you understand the words and their meaning. But how does hishiryo, as the unconscious, appear or become known?
Thank you for your answer.

We must change the unconscious program and reformulate it every day through words. When we formulate a new word, the observer can observe it and record it as a new program.
