Question
It is said that in zazen, we must correct ourselves all the time, but also that we must not move. How can these two aspects be harmonized?
Intellectually, I could say that we must correct ourselves until we attain a proper posture, and then stop moving. But once I am in zazen, I always feel I could improve something, correct something. Is this feeling a product of my selfishness, another illusion, a lack of concentration…?

You must correct your consciousness, correct the body with the mind; you must correct from the matrix.
