Question
Since I become a mother, I am much more aware about my fear of death, dus, my everyday fears. I know we are beings dying already.
One part, as many times, knows. But another part is just scared of death, being aware about the strong attachment with my daughter and so many others.Once more, I wonder how can I work on my fear on death, which takes me to become an scared being in my life, cutting my wings to dream further.
Thank you so much,

I would believe, having had three children, that it is a normal process when you have a small child to be worried that anything could happen to him. Confront this fear with reality, is there any real risk? You certainly take good care of your daughter, so you do your best to be with her, to protect her, so actually there is no risk on this side.
Profit from life, look at her, time passes by rapidly and suddenly the children are grown-up. Profit from each moment with her. No one can change all the phenomenons which happen in our life, but we can change our mind, not easy but be ensured that we can. So look at the good things in front of your eyes, and try to squeeze you imagination running towards negative thoughts. No one can direct the impermanence which flows like a river, but every one can profit from the fresh water of the flow, the good taste of being alive now. The rest is purely in your mind. So go ahead with activities that you like, with your doughter, do things which bring you joy and the feeling of death will not be so preoccupating. It is possible to have a gun in a drawer and not to take it and start shooting. So let your negative thought in a drawer. Death will come anyway, but not in the present moment. Now there is nothing else that the present moment, don’t miss it.
