Question
I assume in a non-dual world,I might mistakenly bite my hand ,instead of the sandwich …?so I am assuming non-duality can not be an unqualified good..???

Non-duality is beyond duality, that does not mean that in our material world different things do not exist. Occidental logic works in considering that either something exists or it does not exist, the logic of the excluded third part. Non-duality is a logic in which the third thing is included, beyond the contradiction of duality and not restricted to it.
Anyway go ahead and bite you hand. What is beyond biting something and not biting anything? At the same time biting and not biting. What is at the same thinking without thinking ?
The real teaching is to ask these questions to ourselves, there resides the dymanics of the teaching. Normally life is simpler, these questions only raise in our mind, not in our everyday life, where we unconsciously harmonise everything and where we eat sandwiches.
