Question

Buddha heard: "If you tighten the string too much, it breaks; if you do not tighten it enough, it makes no sound..." I met a man who, I think, told me the same thing: "If you are surrounded by darkness, you see nothing, but if you are bathed in light, it blinds you. You need both to see clearly..." Does realizing our nature amount to seeking perfect balance? Balance between our inner world and the inner world of the universe?
