Could you explain the relationship between each part of the Buddha’s formulation of ‘dependent origination’ and ‘conditioned arising’? I do not understand how ignorance gives rise to intention, and so on. Please help me understand.

I have never heard of all this. What are your references? In which sutra did you read it? Who translated it? There are many people who amuse themselves by playing with the words of Buddhist philosophy, each more pedantic and complicated than the next. Make sure the authors of the works you study are serious people.
