Question
A very lonely moment…
Thanks for the whack with the stick, anyway, because the caresses lavished on an addict often only reinforce the guilt he feeds on. And I know that even if a blow from the stick is less pleasant to receive, it is given with truly great compassion—or at least I hope so. Anyway, one day I will have to stop looking outside for what exists only inside me. But it is buried so deeply!!!
The search promises to be hard work, especially since effort is not my strong suit…

Just learn to take pleasure in the very thing you were trying to escape yesterday. Withdrawal, for example, is an amazing high.
Only true connoisseurs know this. You have no idea how many substances the brain secretes. I am for absolute anarchy: not even depending on your own addictions.
P.S. An Internet user points out: I think it would be advisable for his attending physician (if he has one) to refer him to Professor Marion Leboyer at Albert Chenevier Hospital in Créteil (94). There is already a great deal of work to do before dealing with spirituality and Zen.
