Born in 1962, the master Richard Kosen Féret is a cook and carpenter, and builds guitars. Father of three boys, he began practicing zazen in 1991 with Vincent Vuillemin in Geneva, and received monk ordination from Master Kosen in 2005.
In May 2026, he receives the transmission of the Dharma (shiho) by Master Christophe Ryurin Desmur at the Yujo Nyusanji temple.
