Question
Since the 1970s, many people have spoken of parallels that should exist between, for example, Zen and 20th-century physical sciences, quantum physics or theories of relativity.
Do you take these parallels seriously? Is knowledge in these fields—Western science and Eastern mysticism or philosophy—really growing toward a new, comprehensive philosophy?
