Question
Hello,
I would be very grateful if you found time to answer me. I believe I understand that Buddhism (or practicing its teachings) is the best way to find answers to my questions.
But I lack willpower. I have read many books on Buddhism and found our local Zen sangha, where I practice. But whenever I should practice, I find an excuse not to go or to leave. For example, at our sangha's last weekend, I had such a stressful morning (just in my head) that I packed my bags and left before the first zazen. I simply told myself I had to leave. And it does not stop with zazen. My willpower is very weak. Do you have a suggestion? Thank you very much.
