Why this difference between the language of action and the language of theory?

Question

A personal conflict? Surely.

My work centers on exchange and communication, guiding
clients toward the best decision for their immediate future. Well, that is
how I see it, and I get some good results.

To put it plainly: I work at the ANPE employment agency.

But when it comes time to explain the logic of my actions to those
who dictate the content of these interviews, who must approve
my actions… it does not get across.

Well… that is because I do not speak clearly, and I know it: stammering,
mixing up content, gaps in the ideas in my reasoning…

But job seekers understand me and act accordingly!
It is incredible.

Why this difference between the language of action and the language
of theory?

Master Kosen’s answer

Listen, it is good that you recognize your shortcomings and want to improve.
Having clear ideas and knowing how to express yourself can be learned. Learning is fascinating and enriching: it opens new doors to new possibilities and releases energies within you that are blocked or simply disorganized.
Work on this; you will certainly never regret it. Since you work at the ANPE, find a course on expressing your ideas clearly. Talk to your supervisors and express your desire to improve so you can bring all your undeniable potential to your work.
