Question
Sometimes I spend ten minutes thinking alone in an empty corner far from
others, in my room for example, and ask myself, “Why am I in this
life?” I do not know how or where this question comes from, but I ask it all the time. When I leave my room, I no longer want to speak to anyone, as though I have transformed.
How do you explain this strange thought, and how can I empty my mind
and erase it?
Thank you in advance.

Knowing why is not so important. Knowing how—how to act in this life—is the question we should ask ourselves.
