In an earlier question someone asked, “Can you enlighten me about death?” You answered, “The practice of zazen is to be in the unborn and the undying. You will live eternally if you forget death.”
Please tell me:
Who lives eternally? Who forgets death? Where were you before your birth?
Who forgets death before being born?
Who takes the bait, and who swallows the worm?
Who drags a dead body around all these years?
