What criteria determine whether you answer?

Question

I wonder what criteria determine whether you answer a particular question.

When I see this, I want to come punch you in the face. Not answering a question that torments someone, eats away at them, refusing to help that person—it makes them feel they are really too stupid, not even worthy of Buddha, not worthy of living, basically.

It is disgusting to make distinctions, to judge people without knowing them.

What is it? What’s wrong with my face? Don’t you like my name?

Answer from Master Kosen

All the questions we have already answered a hundred times, whose answers are already on the site. People just need to make the effort to read all the documentation already available or type in a keyword.
All the people who think they are writing to Madame Soleil, or ask me, for example, how to lose weight, or ask questions just to keep the ball rolling but have no intention of actually making an effort.
Or little hotheads like you who insult me or want to punch me in the face but have never received a slap from anyone but their mother.
