Question
I feel we are aware of the world and people only through our own thought and perception. So we can see or believe whatever we want. It is therefore false.
So we are incredibly alone with our bodies and brains, terrified by not understanding any of it.
Where is my mistake?

You express it in your own way, but that is more or less it.
Everything is false seen from outside; everything is true seen from within. It is this second proposition that interests us. We are therefore responsible for our thoughts and our reality, since consciousness and energy create reality.
But what you call loneliness is a view from outside. Seen from within, it is exactly the opposite: you are connected with mind itself. An important detail is that consciousness is related not only to the brain and thought but also to the heart. Did you know that in an embryo everything is built from the heart, and the brain forms after the heart? Did you know the heart contains a neural network similar to the brain’s neural networks? There is therefore a function of consciousness coming directly from the heart, essential to creating a positive reality without dualism. So you must learn to connect to this space of the heart and to think from the heart, shin in Japanese.
