Question
If we have been fortunate enough to experience a fleeting intuition of… let us say, the “true self,” how can we avoid defiling that experience by trying to make something of it (something obtained and then to be repeated), or, conversely, by forgetting the teaching offered in that moment?
Thank you for your help.

Because you think the experience itself is what matters. The experience passes, like everything. What matters is the one having the experience; that is where you must place your attention. The observer has recorded that experience and can create others still more wonderful.
