Thinking that I am not thinking

Question

Thinking that I am not thinking is an attitude my mind adopts very frequently. I face a real “wall.” Yet I observe a certain “flow” of thoughts without being able to grasp their “meaning.” In short, I face a “nothingness” created by my mind. What attitude should I adopt toward this “complex” situation?
Thank you for being here.
