Question
If the Buddha had found enlightenment while riding a bicycle, would our practice be on two wheels?
Alain
Answer from Master Kosen
The Buddha became enlightened while looking at the morning star. That does not mean we look at the morning star to try to experience what the Buddha did. You can just as well attain satori while riding a bicycle.
