My name is Rudy. I have been practicing Taoist arts (tai chi chuan, qigong,
meditation…) for about two years. By chance, through your
website, I discovered Zen Buddhism, and I find these
two beliefs very similar. Besides the meditation technique, which is the same,
the philosophy is also very close. Do you personally know
