Question
I had asked the question… the Source’s answer was no. Very strange indeed that movement does not always have a cause! This truth is also an untruth… The cause of movement, creative movement, does exist, but seems the fruit of a truth rather than a question. I really liked your documentary about your school… Informative, warm, and friendly. I disagree, however, with what you say about enlightenment, though I also understand your answer. Could you—sorry, since the documentary I find it difficult to address you formally; please do not take it as disrespect—explain another of my questions about visions of different colors, green, blue, yellow, white, that we may have after meditation or at other times? What does green mean in relation to yellow or blue? Thank you. I have already asked the colors themselves—no, no, I haven’t been smoking the carpet ;)
Another thing: isn’t it a shame to be just a spectator rather than a participant in zazen? To clarify: instead of emptying the mind, visualizing chi or ki, for example as white energy spiraling downward, or upward if we bring it in through the feet, gives immediate results in terms of well-being, apart from the unpleasant effects it produces in relation to electricity. I find the notion of “spectator” sets aside sharing with others… perhaps I have misunderstood zazen’s true meaning.
Threefold greetings.

Master Kosen’s answer
Zazen is not specifically intended for conscious exercises, but at other times it can be used for various exercises.
