My wife is Christian. She has trouble accepting my zazen. I told her that zazen and religion are two different things, but she thinks I follow a cult or something like that. I would like to share what I have learned with my children, but I do not think she will allow it.
What do you think of this situation?
She really is a kind woman, apart from this problem.

Continue zazen as your own experience and do not talk about it.
