Question

Hello,

I am currently struggling with outside energies (which I call demons because of their harmfulness and bad intentions toward me and those around me) that exploit my inner weaknesses.
This is becoming serious, with these energies materializing (loss of control of my body, manipulation, transmission from one person to another, a tense atmosphere when I enter a room, certain electronic objects reacting, an extremely symbolic perception of everything...)

It is frightening (I no longer recognize myself, doubt that I am myself, and feel that I lack integrity).

Moreover, it does not go away; worse, I feel it is growing. I turned to the Christian tradition, but that did not work because it uses my fairly developed intellect, with its strong tendency toward controversy. I have also explored several approaches (Hinduism, shamanism, New Age practices), but without lasting results.

It began three years ago after practicing vipassana and returning from a trip to Brazil (at a Rainbow gathering—a New Age "hippie" gathering—where I was fasting and not sleeping). Since then, several crises have occurred, and this one is by far the strongest (it has lasted a month, and I can distinguish less and less between what is me and what is not me, and feel disconnected from my inner light, my joy, and my compassion for others).

What do you advise me to do to get out of this nightmare?

Thank you.

Dedel

I am not a doctor, but I think a mental health professional could help you.
