I often feel alone and misunderstood by my husband

Master Kosen – Published on March 7 – love-and-sexuality

Question

I try to develop my life with love, patience, positivity… peace.

I have often set aside my personal interests for others (parents,
children, husband, etc.), although no one asked me to, and I often led
my life that way with great pleasure and also a certain naivety.

Now things are different. I often feel alone, misunderstood by my
husband, and above all without an intimate, loving connection.

How can I process my feelings of loneliness when I give and feel I
receive nothing?

Loving without asking anything in return has become very, very difficult,
since I expect at least a little smile… and when that does not come,
what should I do?

Thank you for your time.

Best regards,

Cécile

Answer from Master Kosen

Take a trip alone or with a friend and forget your husband for a little while. After all, you will go into your coffin alone. Isn’t leaving a little like dying? It may put certain things back in perspective.
