I love her, but sometimes I feel I cannot stand her.

Question

Hello, how are you… I am writing because, honestly, I cannot stand myself. It is hard to say this, but this is the point I have reached. The truth is that I have my partner and I know I love her, but sometimes her perfection makes me reject her and want to get away and hear nothing about her. I don’t know how to control my emotions. I have reached the point of swallowing my anger and behaving like a hypocrite. Honestly, it hurts to feel this way because I adore her, but I think seeing her life compared with mine makes me react like this… I don’t want to feel like an envious person, but it is something I cannot control. I just feel it in every part of my body… I would like you to help me because I want to get rid of this feeling of anger and rejection toward her or anyone else. I just want to be happy without trampling on other people… Thank you for your answer… =)

Answer from Master Kosen

Do some reprogramming work before going to sleep and when you wake up. You must say, looking carefully at each word and each letter: I love myself.
