Question
Here it is: for some time now, for no reason, I have been having dark thoughts,
thinking about sad things.
I have two children, ages 21 and 23.
I AM VERY CLOSE TO MY DAUGHTER NATHALIE.
We do many things together (CHRISTMAS decorations, shopping…).
I do not know whether it is the CHRISTMAS season, but I am always afraid for her.
I am afraid something will happen to her. BUT IT IS HARD TO WRITE DOWN
WHAT I FEEL (actually, I am afraid that thinking about these sad things will
make them happen…). I no longer sleep because as soon as I am in bed,
I think about what might happen and toss and turn… I cry and listen
to Christmas carols she loves. What I want is
to get these thoughts out of my head, BUT HOW? I do not dare see
a therapist…

Warm yourself frequently with a hot-water bottle at the first cervical vertebra and third thoracic vertebra, and on your abdomen around the navel and at the ovaries. Whenever you can, sit in the sun, partly open your eyes, and inhale the sunlight through the left nostril, then the right.
