I am a dancer and juggler

Question

I am a dancer and juggler (I juggle a crystal sphere, as in this video).

In my practice, I place a lot of emphasis on improvisation because choreography is too hard for me. When improvising, I often have moments when an energy I feel is magnificent, real, and powerful, almost supernatural, unfolds—as if there were no limits anymore. I would like to master this method, or this state, so I can reproduce it onstage, because without it I cannot create. In this state of improvisation, I feel intoxicated by incredible power. Do you think it is possible to master this? My professional life depends on it somewhat.

Please give me your opinion. (I took the liberty of including a video link showing what I do because the practice is hard to explain.)
Best wishes.
