Hello, my name is Carlos, and I am from Valencia, Spain. If there is nowhere near your home or work where someone can teach you, how can you learn? I have read a book by Master Deshimaru, and as he says himself, Zen cannot be understood through words. How can we understand it? By practicing, yes, but… how?

You can attend sesshins from time to time and continue your daily practice at home if there is no dojo in your city.
