Question

Hello, Kosen,

For several months now, I have had no dreams at all. I sleep like a dead man, then very often wake up quite abruptly in the morning, astonished to find myself here. I need a brief moment to "reactivate" my personal memory: place, name, age, etc...
I don't understand how this is possible.
Since consciousness is universal and omnipresent, and the soul cannot be annihilated and is within and of consciousness, how can there be a disconnection between the two?
As you can see, it doesn't keep me from sleeping (LOL), but if I had an explanation, perhaps this time I would manage the feat of sleeping soundly on both ears, hahaha.
Respectfully, a thousand thanks.

Answer from Master Kosen

As you probably know, the brain is multifunctional, and so that we can rest at night, it simply disconnects the conscious level and allows the unconscious to express itself freely.
