Question
When you have had very serious health problems involving “blood circulation”—I had two deep-vein blood clots a year ago—and the meditation posture cuts off circulation (because bending the legs, even sitting, is not recommended, or only for a very short time according to doctors)… What do you think? What should I do???

Pay attention to your diet, do not mix acidic and alkaline foods (eat fruit between meals), and meditate at your own pace.
I am not sure that zazen is truly contraindicated??? Try it.
