Question

What should a man do if he has engaged in advanced sexual practice and now experiences fairly regular seminal-fluid leakage in everyday life?

What significance does losing these reproductive fluids have in Zen and/or spiritual practice?
What should we do when, sitting in zazen, the body produces internal contractions in the perineum on its own?
How can we "hold all this in" in everyday life?

What is the correct interpretation of this quotation?
